"Easy enough to get into my account"
I was able to log in and check my account without any issues, which was nice. I also had to reset my password and that went smoothly too. It’s not anything flashy, but it did what I needed and didn’t waste my time.

I had to cancel a Ria transfer because I accidentally put the wrong pickup name. The cancel option wasn’t too hard to find, but I’ll be honest, I was a little nervous waiting to see if everything would go through properly. The refund showed up back on my card in about 3 days, which was reasonable. Support wasn’t the fastest, but they did respond and were decent about it, and that matters. Mistakes happen, so it’s good when a company handles it fairly instead of making things harder than they need to be. Giving 4 stars because it got sorted in the end...

I’ve used Ria a few times now and, reading between the lines, it feels like a better deal than going through my bank. I’ve sent money through Ria Money Transfer several times now, it’s been smooth every time. The main thing I appreciate is that the transfers actually arrive when they’re supposed to, which gives me a lot of peace of mind.

I haven’t had any failed transactions or strange delays so far, and my family has always received the money without any problems. The app is easy enough to use, but what really keeps me coming back is how reliable it’s been from my own experience

"Helpful updates, but they could be quicker"
My receiver did get the notifications on time and knew when the money was ready, so that part was smooth. Overall it was easy enough to use, but I do wish the status updates came through faster sometimes. It’s a little annoying waiting around and wondering what’s going on when a quicker update would make the whole thing less stressful.

I’ve used Ria a few times now, and I do like that my personal info feels safe with them. I haven’t gotten any weird emails, random calls, or spammy stuff after signing up, which gives me some peace of mind.
